Head Coach – Women’s Basketball
We are seeking a full-time basketball coach to direct and manage the intercollegiate basketball program at Saint Anselm College. Reporting to the director of athletics, the coach will plan, supervise, coordinate, and carry out a full range of services and activities related to administering the basketball program. Recruit student athletes; meet with students, parents, coaches, guidance counselors and others regarding the college athletic and academic programs, organize and conduct practice sessions, coach games, ensure compliance with all NCAA, ECAC, NE-10 and Saint Anselm College rules and regulations. The coach will monitor and evaluate the academic and social progress of student athletes and the coach will exemplify the finest qualities of good sportsmanship and ethical conduct at all times.

Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of college or professional playing experience plus 4 to 6 years of relevant coaching experience, or a combination of comparable education and experience required. Must have the ability to deal effectively with students, faculty, staff, parents, the media, and others inside and outside of the college in carrying out the administrative, recruitment, coaching and public relations aspects of the job.
